The stainless steel plate has a smooth surface, high plasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, and is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkaline gases, solutions and other media. It is an alloy steel that is not easy to rust, but it is not absolutely rust-free. Stainless steel plate refers to steel plate resistant to corrosion by weak media such as atmosphere, steam and water, while acid-resistant steel plate refers to steel plate resistant to corrosion by chemical corrosive media such as acid, alkali, salt, etc.
410 stainless steel is a stainless steel grade produced according to the American ASTM standard, equivalent to 1Cr13 stainless steel in China, S41000 (American AISI, ASTM). Carbon content 0.15%, chromium content 13%, 410 stainless steel: with good corrosion resistance and machinability, commonly used for blades and valves. 410 stainless steel heat treatment: solid solution treatment (℃) 800-900 slow cooling or 750 fast cooling. Chemical composition of 410 stainless steel: C ≤ 0.15, Si ≤ 1.00, Mn ≤ 1.00, P ≤ 0.035, S ≤ 0.030, Cr=11.50-13.50.
