Main uses of 410 stainless steel
410 stainless steel is mainly used in electronic products, tableware, screens, and burners; Decorative materials and outdoor advertising boards; Products with stress corrosion resistance requirements; Building decorations, fuel burner components, household appliances, household appliance components, and so on. "Due to its excellent corrosion resistance in oxidizing acid solutions, especially nitric acid, 430 stainless steel is widely used in the manufacture of chemical equipment for the production of nitric acid, such as absorption towers, nitric acid heat exchangers, acid tanks, delivery pipes, and tanks, as well as in the production of industrial pipes and tableware for food and wine making.
410 stainless steel is a stainless steel grade produced according to the American ASTM standard, equivalent to 1Cr13 stainless steel in China, S41000 (American AISI, ASTM). Carbon content 0.15%, chromium content 13%, 410 stainless steel: with good corrosion resistance and machinability, commonly used for blades and valves. 410 stainless steel heat treatment: solid solution treatment (℃) 800-900 slow cooling or 750 fast cooling. Chemical composition of 410 stainless steel: C ≤ 0.15, Si ≤ 1.00, Mn ≤ 1.00, P ≤ 0.035, S ≤ 0.030, Cr=11.50-13.50.
