Made from interstitial free and extra deep drawing quality grades, the material stretches and flows evenly during severe drawing, ironing and flanging without cracking or thinning. The low carbon and tightly controlled chemistry give high plastic strain ratio and low yield point elongation, which translates into smooth press performance and fewer reject panels on automotive and appliance lines. Each heat is verified through tensile and forming tests before shipment so that press shops receive predictable, consistent behavior lot after lot.

Applications
Deep drawn coils are specified for automotive inner panels, fuel tanks, wheel rims, oil filter housings, appliance shells, cookware, gas cylinders and metal packaging. The grade selection depends on draw severity: DC03 for moderate forming, DC04 and DC05 for demanding parts, and IF or EDDQ grades for the most complex panels. High forming grades also suit continuous electroplating lines where surface cleanliness and uniform thickness are critical.
Packaging & Quality Assurance
Coils are lightly oiled and wrapped in anti-rust paper, then packed eye to sky on wooden or steel pallets with steel strapping and corner protection. Mechanical properties, surface cleanliness and dimensions are tested per heat, and a mill test certificate is issued with each coil. We support sample coils for die trial so that customers can validate forming behavior before committing to full production volumes.
