This mirror-finished 304 stainless steel sheet is polished to the 8K super mirror standard, producing a bright, distortion-free reflective surface that is prized in architecture, elevator manufacture and high-end interior decoration. Achieved through a multi-stage mechanical polishing process that progresses from coarse grinding through progressively finer abrasives, the 8K finish delivers a reflectance of 95% or higher and a surface free of visible scratches, swirl marks and haze. The underlying 304 chromium-nickel substrate keeps the panel corrosion resistant even in humid interiors, so the mirror look endures rather than dulling with age.

Because a mirror surface shows every imperfection, production is carried out in a dedicated polishing line with strict dust and scratch control. Each sheet receives a double-layer laser PVC protective film immediately after polishing to shield the surface through cutting, bending, transport and installation. Flatness is controlled to within 3mm per metre so that installed panels read as a single continuous reflective plane rather than a patchwork of warped sections. The material cuts and bends cleanly with laser, waterjet and press-brake equipment, allowing designers to realise both flat cladding panels and folded three-dimensional covers.
